Wells & Associates is a full service financial consulting firm offering Individuals and Businesses a unique, personal experience and the necessary alternative to the more traditional “cold and uncaring”  experience.  Nicholas Wells founded Wells & Associates over 20 years ago as a direct response to the industry’s failure to adequately service the needs of Individuals and Small Businesses.

Mr. Wells is an accounting professional whose background includes senior management accounting/finance roles with Fortune 500 Corporations such as Avis, Sprint, and Siemens.  He has been a tax practitioner for 20 years.  He has also worked with many smaller corporations to implement accounting systems, methods/procedures, tax matters, and strategic planning.  Mr. Wells is a degreed accountant and a 15-year member of the South Florida Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.
